MAC Nocturnals Collection Holiday 2013

These are  the MACv limited edition sets that have 5 mac pigments and glitters. These are smaller than an normal mac pigment, but a good way to get more for your money, because lets face it, who has actually finished a MAC pigment or glitter? This set is $32, and

This set is the Purples and Silvers set, it comes with 5 pigments and glitters, for less of a price of two full size mac pigments, now I know these are full size, but really, pigments take forever to finish.

The colors are:
Vanilla, Kitchmas,  Pink, Push the Edge, and Grey.

Vanilla Pigment is a frosty white, that is a gorgeous high light.

Kitchmas is a shimmery pearly pink (i actually own this pigment, its one of my favorites)

Pink Glitter is well a bright pink glitter

Push the Edge is deep bright purple with a pearly frost.

Grey is a chunky silver glitter.

Here they are swatches, i used a glitter base on the glitters to help show the colors better.

If you have been wanting some of these pigments for awhile, then I say this is worth it, I have been dying over vanilla forever and my little sample  jar of kitchmas has very little left in it so I figured I needed this set, I love purples and the deep purple in this set is SO pretty. I love pigments because you can use them so differently in different ways. These used wet are amazing and really work amazing, but even dry these blend really well and all three work together well in one look, or even separate. And the bright pink glitter in this set is so pretty with kitchmas. The only one I am kinda MEH on is grey, but thats because I don't really freak out over grey glitter.

This set is a good way to try out some mac pigments if you haven't yet or like I said if you have been eyeing one for awhile. you get a good amount for your money and rather than just getting one, you get five.

Hope you guys enjoyed this little review, and if you want to try out some mac pigments this is a good way to do so! Keep an eye out for my next one about the green and teals!

thanks for reading
