Plus Size Outfit: You can't take the sky from me....

Hello everyone! Who is excited for the fall weather? Like most people, fall is my favorite time of year and also the time of year where I can wear most of my favorite clothing. Leggings, Scarfs, jackets, and layers, oh do I love me some layers. I like fall so much because its the time of year where the outfit you wear isn't covered up by a thick jacket, or you can't wear it because its to damn hot. So I am taking advantage of this, and of course this means, lots of out fits to share with you guys!  

Like I said above, the summertime you are faced with "its to damn hot to wear this" and well if you are like me and bought a awesome pair of leggings in the summer time, it sucked. Because I had to wait until it cooled down a bit for me to wear them. Like these bad boys here! These leggings are the focal point of my outfit, I bought them from Thinkgeek.com awhile back, and to a normal person its just a regular pair of galaxy print leggings, but take a closer look and you can see, why yes that is Serenity on the thigh! I saw these leggings while browsing Thinkgeek awhile back and the name caught my eye and made me laugh, these are called "captain tight pants leggings" to any Firefly fan, that would have to give you a good chuckle. (for those of you who don't get the reference, watch Firefly its on netflix, then come back and read this post, I'll wait). So of course I had to have them, and they were pretty cheap for leggings (i will link them at the end of this post), so they soon became mine. Though when I got them I was sort of annoyed that the ship is so high up, if I say wore a dress with these, it would cover it up totally, and it would just look like a regular old pair of galaxy leggings, which i guess is a good thing and bad thing. 

                                           

And because I didn't want a lot going on with the outfit, and wanted these leggings to shine, (I have another idea for an outfit with these leggings to just wait)  so I simply paired them with a long black shirt I got from debs awhile back to wear with leggings, (i love debs because they carry good plus size clothes), my scarf is also from debs, I thought it added a nice little accessory to the outfit with out being, too much,  And ofcorse to add a little bit of bad-ass to this outfit, (because I aim to misbehave) I threw on my jacket from Torrid and my "ass kicking boots" also from Torrid, and there you have it, my very shiny, captain tight pants leggings outfit. Most people didn't even notice the fact there was a shop on my legs, but I knew it was there so thats all that matters.
