I know its no shock to you guys that maybe this out fit might of been inspired by Lydia Deetz and some 80s/90s goth fashiom since last night I tweeted that I was in the mood to dress like that, and pulled some inspiration from various outfits. I have been loving that the late 80's and 90's goth fashion is in, because its seriously giving me reasons to wear all things I wish I could of worn as a kid, I was obsessed with Lydia ins Beetlejuice and the girls in The Craft, (and after doing he "whose your 90's fashion icon quiz thats going around facebook and getting the ladies from the craft I HAD to do this) but around that time I was too young for my mother to let me even consider dressing like that. But now? I think I will wear it whenever I can. Because I love this outfit to pieces.
My dress is just a simple forever 21 + black dress, paired with black pokadot tights also from forever 21+. I I was trying to find my black flats, but they have gone missing so instead, I just grabed my trusty studded Torrid boots, which I think added a grungy badass-ness to the outfit. My jacket, I love love love love, it. Eric got me it for my birthday so I have no idea where its from, but its perfect for spring when the weather is still a bit chilly.
My accessorizes were simlple, a locket necklace i got so long ago I actually forgot where I got it from. ( i was actually inspired by jordan's outfit with that on) and my new favorite hat! Which I think looks awesome with my new hair cut, do you guys agree?
So thats it, my outfit today! Its going to get a lot of use this spring, because I am so in love with it. I am not one to say you can't wear something more than once, if you look good in it, rock it a million times!!!
